This engagement could start with an assessment or dive into an up-front defined project to address a specific known challenge (i.e. – senior leader 360 feedback, improved teamwork, improvement of the performance evaluation process, effective meeting conduct…). 

 

If starting with an assessment, the general process would be as follows:

  • Assess the capability, strengths, opportunities, and constraints of the leadership team (Individually and as a Whole) through direct observation, interviews, and soak time in the organization to gain context. 

  • Provide feedback and agree on change priorities as a team. 

  • Assist in development of action plans.

  • Provide support and accountability through follow-on coaching and change management support.

 

The Navigator will draw upon three decades of experience forming, leading, assessing, and improving teams in many different environments and contexts.  Identifying and changing negative interpersonal dynamics is a passion of his work as is an ability to create the right conditions for change.
